HCP was established with the following objectives in mind:

1. To support the helpless, orphaned and deprived children with a special focus on victims from the domestic conflicts in Nepal.
2. To provide a safe environment to relieve them from their violence driven minds.
3. To encourage children to become responsible and respectable citizen.
4. To build our own rehabilitation center and educational institution within five years.
5. To collaborate with other organizations working for the helpless children in different parts of the world.
6. To rehabilitate the victimized children of the center to their own native place on request of their parents, in case they should come into contact.
7. To provide vocational training in the HCP center to ensure their chances of self employment.
8. To train them to be aware of violence against children and spread awareness of children's right in the forbidden part of country.
