Finance Resource
- HCP is looking nationally and internationally for regular financial support from the government and non-government organizations, to achieve its future plans.
- The prime source of finance is from the community itself. Members of HCP try to collect donation from local community in any form, such as old clothes, furniture, sports equipments.
- The establishment, levy and renewal fees have been received from the board members.
Accommodation
HCP rents a one-storied house with a small play ground, care has been taken to give a home-like environment to children. Rooms have been decorated with children's art work to increase their creativity. HCP hopes to improve facilities according to the increasing number of children.

Volunteers
Volunteers from both the local and international community regularly offer their service here. For about a year volunteers from outside Nepal have volunteered with HCP through a Nepali organization called Volunteer Service in Nepal (VSN).
These volunteers help children in different courses of their daily activities. Some of them include, teaching children proper hygiene, table manners, drawings, spoken English etc.
Health
An MBBS doctor has been appointed at present to facilitate the children from possible illness of disease and other injuries regular treatment. A psychiatrist is also provides on-call basis service for the children, in case should they develop psychological problems.
Educational Institution
Children receive education from local community school Tilingtar School, where all of them are achievning satisfactory results with some getting inside top 5 in their respective classes. A regular tutor is available to help children with their formal studies.
In the near future, HCP hopes to shift these children from the local community into a boarding school where they will receive a better education.
Sports and other activities
Sound considerations have been given to all round development of children. They attend an hour long special classes on human values every Saturday coordinated by The Satya Sai Kendra in Bansbari, Kathmandu, Nepal.
Children engage in outdoor sports, music and dance when they are not studying. HCP works very hard to provide children with adequate sport equipments.
Once or twice a month children are taken for short excursions or picnic to offer them recreation.
